Job description

Your main task is to support the client in the development and improvement of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Apex, Lightning Web

Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flows) as well as the integration of a post-merger CRM system into the clients salesforce landscape.

Tasks:

Salesforce Development
Development/improvement of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (configuration and development)
CRM Post-Merger Integration into the existing client Salesforce landscape
Process harmonisation & alignment
Data migration and mass data processing (batch apex, asynchronous processing)
Deployment and CI/CD: SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Copado, GitLab, Jenkins
Technical design, requirements analysis and agile collaboration (Scrum)
Interface development/Integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events)

Requirements

Strong Salesforce development project experience
Experience with CRM system integration projects
Experience with process harmonisations into Salesforce landscapes
Experience with development and customization in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Cloud Experience with Apex, Lightning Web, Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flows
Project experience in Integration: REST-/SOAP-APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, Middleware (z. B. MuleSoft)
Fluency in English
