Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and build cloud-native, production-grade services to support mission-critical applications. You’ll own end-to-end features, from design through deployment and observability, balancing security, performance, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions and help evolve HPE’s Cloud Services portfolio. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze feature specs and plan coding, testing, and integration * Design and develop cloud-native modules with security in mind * Identify and resolve issues in code and integration with architecture * Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and support * Develop and execute test plans for performance, scalability, usability, and security * Deploy cloud systems via CI/CD pipelines to automate management and scaling * Apply system-level thinking for downstream effects in distributed systems * Contribute to innovation by integrating new technologies * Analyze complex engineering problems to craft cloud solutions * Collaborate effectively in a distributed, team-oriented environment Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline * Typically 4-6 years building cloud-native services with a microservices mindset * Strong experience with cloud-native production services and microservices architecture * Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes in production * Production-grade programming in Python or Go (experience with both preferred) * Proven ownership of end-to-end features and ability to lead technical peers * Solid experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code * Strong observability focus (logging, metrics, distributed tracing) * Automated testing (unit, integration, contract) and performance tuning in distributed systems * Security-minded engineering, including secure coding and secrets management * Experience integrating across multiple platforms and APIs * Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Key requirements * Health & wellbeing benefits * Career development programs * Unconditional inclusion and flexible work options * Collaborative, inclusive culture
