Technical Consultant - Integrated Support

Experteer Overview In this role you enable enterprise GIS success by delivering hands-on ArcGIS Enterprise support, system administration, and technical guidance to large-scale customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and de-escalate challenging situations, helping clients maximize their GIS investments. Compensation / Benefits * Provide technical support and guidance for ArcGIS Enterprise implementations and ongoing system administration for strategic customers * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver customer-facing technical consultation * Work with enterprise geodatabases, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting across database platforms * Advise on ArcGIS Enterprise system requirements, design, and best practices * De-escalate technical support situations and translate concepts for customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery * Participate in customer onboarding and provide technical guidance during setup/configuration * Support Linux-based system administration tasks and foundational system-level support * Learn new technologies and adapt support methodologies as needed * Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge base * Mentor colleagues on enterprise system implementations Tasks * 5+ years of professional GIS technical support, system administration, or consulting * 3+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, configuration, and administration * Experience with enterprise geodatabases and database administration concepts * Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide customer-facing technical support * Strong customer service and de-escalation skills * Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements * Experience supporting enterprise-level customers and IT environments * US citizenship * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS or related STEM field Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * 401(k) and profit-sharing * vacation leave (minimum accrual 80 hours) * paid holidays * professional growth opportunities
