Senior Pega Developer--Workflow Engineer

Compensation / Benefits * Lead architecture, design, and engineering of enterprise workflow solutions with Pega Platform, aligned to standards and strategy * Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures for critical operations * Define and oversee integration architectures between Pega apps and distributed, mainframe, cloud, and external systems using APIs and messaging * Provide technical leadership across the lifecycle: requirements, design reviews, implementation, and production readiness * Engineer performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency through architecture reviews and capacity planning * Establish engineering standards, governance processes, and architecture principles * Design and oversee security controls, monitoring, compliance, and risk mitigation * Conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to standards, guardrails, security, performance, and maintainability * Provide advanced analysis to solve complex system and operational challenges * Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and recommend optimal approaches * Lead complex technology initiatives and mentor engineering teams on architecture and integration * Define observability and operational support frameworks for production stability * Support release governance and production implementation across the Technology Delivery Lifecycle * Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and knowledge artifacts * Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable technology solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education * In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to apply IT best practices Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401k plan * vacation * paid holidays
