Senior Business Insights Specialist

Amplifon USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Insights Specialist (Hybrid In-Office Minneapolis, MN/Remote Work from Home) to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate analytical and reporting needs into technical BI requirements. Design and develop BI solutions-including data models, ETL workflows, dashboards, and reports-and ensure accurate, timely analytics delivery. Maintain data quality, manage BI project scope and timelines, and support cross-functional initiatives. Leads knowledge sharing efforts, trains users to improve data literacy, and mentors junior team members. Requires: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or closely related field and 3 years’ related experience. Demonstrated ability with Enterprise BI Platforms: Tableau, Qlik, or similar; Data modeling, data integration, and ETL development techniques; SQL or related data querying environments; Cloud-based analytics platforms: Google Gloud, BigQuery, or
