Job description

Functional (80%)

Lead business discovery and Fit-Gap workshops.

Define future-state Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.

Advise business stakeholders on ERP transformation strategies.

Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Design solutions across:

o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Cash Management

o Cost Accounting

o Inventory Management

o Procurement

o Warehouse Management

o Manufacturing Operations

o Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay

Facilitate executive workshops and business decision-making sessions.

Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams.

Technical (20%)

Guide ERP migration strategy and execution.

Oversee data migration, validation, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

Provide architectural direction for integrations and reporting.

Collaborate with technical teams on ETL, APIs, Infor ION, and data governance.

Requirements

it is good to have another ERP knowledge such as AX, iQMS etc. Good to have Salesforce knowledge, CMMS etc.

Also in the required skills, experience with integration between multiple ERP systems and Enterprise applications.

We are looking for a senior Infor LN Functional Solution Architect to lead ERP transformation and migration initiatives for Fortna. This is primarily a business-facing role focused on Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process transformation rather than technical implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging with CFOs, Finance Controllers, Supply Chain leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive process improvements, solution design, and ERP modernization., Deep expertise in Infor LN Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Multiple end-to-end Infor LN implementations.

Experience migrating from Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERPs to Infor LN.

Strong Finance domain knowledge including Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, AP, AR, and Cash Management.

Business Process Re-engineering and Fit-Gap Analysis expertise.

Executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Strong communication and consulting mindset.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain expertise, A business-focused Infor LN architect who can lead ERP transformation discussions, challenge existing processes, work directly with Finance leadership, and drive business outcomes, while possessing sufficient technical knowledge to guide migration and integration teams. Fortna’s feedback indicates a preference for a transformation-oriented functional architect over a purely technical implementation consultant.
