Salesforce Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end modernization of enterprise web applications and legacy platform transitions. Direct technical workstreams for the migration of organizational data into Salesforce CRM environments. Orchestrate high-impact Content Management System (CMS) migrations to improve digital service delivery. Oversee the architectural deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for secure external access. Standardize IT procedures and operational protocols to streamline complex technology implementations. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and technical milestones within Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Produce executive-level status reports and risk assessments for global modernization initiatives. 8+ years of experience in senior-level IT project management and enterprise technology modernization. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM migrations and large-scale platform implementation strategies. Experience with Content Management System (CMS) migration projects and web platform modernization. Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for external-facing environments. Experience with Microsoft 365 infrastructure and governing complex technical dependencies. Experience in driving IT organizational processes and multi-workstream risk mitigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing diverse executive stakeholders.
