Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.We’re looking for a Data Scientist to lead analytics over our credit and lending features. You’ll provide insight into how we can deliver more value to customers while collaborating with professionals in Product, Design, and Engineering on impactful projects that drive our company’s growth.Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch.What You’ll Be DoingImproving existing algorithmsBuilding new PoCsDelivering data-driven solutions to enhance product performanceResearching and developing PoCs into scalable data productsCollaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to continually solve complex data problemsWhat You’ll NeedExperience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organisationExpertise in developing credit modelsA bachelor’s in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, engineering)Knowledge of data science tools, including Python, SQL, and production frameworksFamiliarity with probability and statistics fundamentalsThe ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accuratelyExperience productionising research into scalable solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholdersNice to haveAn advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (master’s or PhD)Experience with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++Familiarity with anti-fraud functionsExperience working at a large-scale global tech companyParticipation in university Olympiad competitions in physics, mathematics, economics, or programmingBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
