SAP PP Functional Lead

Seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing / PP Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) solutions across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP, PP/DS, MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and shop floor execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, QM, EWM, MES, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions and optimize production processes. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring SAP PP, preparing functional specifications, supporting integrations, leading testing, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous process improvements. Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing implementations, automotive or EV manufacturing environments, and MES integration is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of SAP PP experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
