Senior Technical Analyst

Experteer Overview In this Senior Technical Analyst role you support a high-profile federal client (DOJ) as a highly skilled technical expert. You will lead technical efforts across litigation support, application development and maintenance, and data analytics to solve complex cases. You’ll mentor contractor staff, evaluate systems for interoperability, and present findings to diverse audiences. The position offers growth in eDiscovery, with opportunities for certification and leadership within a trusted, mission-driven team. Compensation / Benefits * Consult with government management to define and solve complex litigation support requirements * Recommend technical solutions, including development, maintenance, documentation, QA and user support * Supervise and guide contractor teams when needed * Evaluate programs for efficiency, quality, and interoperability with client systems * Assess software/hardware requirements and long-term system integration and telecommunications needs * Translate advanced concepts into practical requirements and feasible implementation options * Prepare and present findings, recommendations and specifications in reports and presentations to varied audiences Tasks * DOJ MBI obtainable; US citizenship required * Minimum five years of direct, hands-on experience relevant to the role * Mastery in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications * Strong ability to utilize software/technology within a data analytics platform * Extensive experience with large-scale Oracle applications in Unix environments and integration of Oracle products (Forms, Reports, OIDS, PL/SQL) * Experience with user exits to external programs and OS shell scripts * Proven problem-solving track record in relevant systems * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Willingness to perform supervisory or managerial duties * Desirable: fraud investigation experience and data analytics platform expertise * Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; graduate degree preferred * Litigation support experience helpful * Certifications in ESRI or Tableau preferred * Federal contract experience a plus Key requirements * tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and ACEDS certification * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare * retirement * time off benefits
