Sr Lead SAP Security & Audit

Experteer Overview In this role you drive SAP security and audit initiatives for Curtiss-Wright, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. You collaborate with the SAP team to design secure user management, roles, and authorization concepts across multiple SAP modules, while leading risk assessments and remediation efforts. You will support audits, craft security governance, and communicate security posture to executives. This position offers remote work with exposure to a wide SAP landscape and the opportunity to shape security strategy for a global organization. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement SAP security models, roles, and user provisioning across SAP modules (Finance, OTCS, Procure to Pay, MM, IBP, etc.). * Lead risk assessments and develop remediation plans for security and compliance findings. * Collaborate with the SAP team to conduct audits and provide expert security guidance across the SAP landscape. * Maintain and evolve security roles and authorizations in S/4HANA across landscapes. * Coordinate IT security with business strategies and compliance requirements. * Respond to security-related tickets and manage access/change requests. * Support change management, CMDB, and ITSM tooling as needed. * Create technical and policy documentation and engage with senior management on security topics.
