Job description

Experteer Overview In this full-stack data role within the Go-to-Market function, you build trusted data sources and products to drive actionable insights and informed decisions. You partner with GTM teams to address high-impact questions, define metrics, and deliver scalable solutions from exploration to production. You turn complex data into clear narratives and enable self-service analytics while prioritizing long-term data quality and scalability. This role offers the chance to shape data strategy for both core and growth domains and work with AI-assisted tooling to move faster. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with GTM teams to translate business needs into data models, metrics, analyses, and scalable solutions * Define and operationalize business metrics used in planning and daily decisions * Lead cross-functional data projects and set data strategy for new domains * Build scalable data models and pipelines integrating data from multiple sources * Create dashboards and data products enabling stakeholders to answer questions independently * Own metrics, analytical models, and data products from exploration to production and maintenance * Choose optimal approach for problems based on audience, urgency, and value * Prioritize competing requests to balance immediate needs with long-term data quality and scalability * Leverage AI-assisted development tools while maintaining well-documented, robust code and data models * Turn complex findings into persuasive narratives via memos, presentations, dashboards and other formats Tasks * 10+ years in a relevant data role in fast-moving, results-oriented organizations * Ability to independently frame and own ambiguous, high-impact problems * Autonomous, resourceful, and creative in navigating constraints * Strong judgment in prioritization and investing in long-term data products * Deep SQL expertise and experience designing ETL workflows * Proficiency in a quantitative programming language, preferably Python * Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and enabling self-service analytics * Experience with custom visualization frameworks like React, Streamlit, or Plotly Dash * Ability to communicate analyses effectively through memos, presentations, and dashboards * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Experience delivering business impact in GTM functions like Sales, Finance, or Support Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions * 401(k) with employer match * paid parental leave and caregiver leave * flexible PTO and holidays * mental health and wellness support * learning and development stipend
