Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate HR operations strategy into a forward-looking technology roadmap and governance framework that maximizes the value of Workday and related HR systems. You’ll partner with HR and IT leaders to align technology investments with business priorities, enhance employee experience, and modernize HR processes. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, governance, and transformation programs to drive measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle. This position offers high-impact work within a mission-driven organization that values collaboration and technical excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain a 2-3 year HR Technology Strategy and Roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise technology direction * Evaluate the HR technology portfolio to ensure platforms meet evolving needs and compliance * Identify opportunities to optimize, consolidate, modernize, or retire HR technologies for better outcomes * Create business cases for technology investments and modernization initiatives * Monitor vendor roadmaps and emerging HR technologies, including AI, to inform investment decisions * Lead portfolio assessments covering value, adoption, lifecycle risks, and continuous improvement * Manage a Business Analyst responsible for process assessments, vendor analysis, and roadmap planning * Lead governance of the HR technology ecosystem and intake of new technology requests * Partner with HRIS and IT to prioritize enhancements and maximize capabilities * Promote standardization and minimize customization; develop lifecycle strategies for HR applications * Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and integration strategies * Provide strategic leadership for major HR technology initiatives, upgrades, and programs * Guide requirements, readiness, and solution adoption with cross-functional teams * Measure and communicate value of HR technology investments Tasks * 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or HR Transformation leadership roles * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred * Deep Workday expertise (Core HCM and modules such as Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Payroll, Benefits) * Experience developing HR technology strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and business cases * Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how tech enables operations and experience * Experience leading HR technology portfolio evaluations, vendor assessments, and modernization initiatives * Knowledge of HR tech integrations, data governance, security, and compliance * Experience identifying and evaluating automation, AI, and digital capabilities for HR operations * Ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into investment recommendations * Experience leading cross-functional HR tech initiatives and executive stakeholder engagement * Experience developing governance processes and prioritization frameworks Key requirements * competitive benefits * exceptional professional development opportunities * culture of innovation and collaboration * hybrid work arrangement (50% on-site)
