Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the integration of actuation and related systems across the nacelle and aircraft, guiding multidisciplinary teams from requirements through service. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and customer needs and drive design assurance and risk mitigation. You’ll deliver system architecture work, support installation and integration activities, and communicate with stakeholders as you help advance next-generation aerospace nacelle technology. This is a hands-on, lifecycle-spanning engineering role with global collaboration and travel. Compensation / Benefits * Capture and flow down system requirements * Define and integrate architecture for nacelle and aircraft systems * Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and in-service requirements * Support actuation system installation and interfacing equipment * Lead design reviews and present technical findings * Drive risk identification, mitigation and design assurance * Investigate issues across development, qualification, production and service * Support root cause analysis and corrective actions * Engage with customers and identify new business opportunities * Travel up to 15% internationally as needed Tasks * STEM degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years * Experience in requirements management and related tools * MBSE principal and tools experience * Experience in qualification and certification of aircraft systems * Knowledge of ARP4754 and/or ARP4761 * Knowledge of DO-254 and DO-178 (or equivalent) Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Three weeks of vacation * 401(k) with employer matching and retirement contribution * Tuition reimbursement * Student Loan Repayment Program * Life insurance and disability coverage
