Requirements

Core Technical Skills

Hands on experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, including policy management and troubleshooting
Check Point experience preferred, but not required
Experience supporting web proxy / secure access solutions
Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) experience preferred
Experience supporting email security platforms
Proofpoint preferred, but comparable platforms acceptable
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, routing, services)
Experience working in enterprise, ticket based environments (ServiceNow preferred)
Experience with endpoint security and application control tools such as:
CrowdStrike
Carbon Black App Control
Trellix Solidcore or similar platforms
Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Automation & Tooling (Nice to Have)

Exposure to automation or orchestration concepts within security operations
Familiarity with scripting or workflow automation tools is a plus
Experience improving or streamlining repetitive operational tasks

Cloud / Hybrid Environment Exposure

Experience supporting security operations in hybrid enterprise environments
Azure security exposure preferred, including:
Azure Policy
Network Security Groups (NSG)
Application Security Groups (ASG)

Environment & Experience

Experience supporting large scale enterprise environments preferred
Comfort operating in complex environments with high volumes of endpoints and security tooling
Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments is a plus, but not required
