Job description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions.
Configure and support SAP TM business processes, including Transportation Planning, Freight Unit Building, Freight Order Management, Freight Booking, Carrier Selection, Tendering, Transportation Charge Management, Freight Settlement, and Transportation Cockpit.
Configure transportation networks, transportation zones, routes, transportation lanes, freight agreements, and planning profiles.
Collaborate with business users to improve transportation and logistics processes using SAP best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Support system integration with SAP EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, GTS, and external carrier systems.
Participate in Fit-Gap Analysis, solution design workshops, system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, cutover planning, and production support.
Lead or participate in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support to business users.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with at least 5 years of hands-on SAP TM implementation experience.
Strong experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management.
Hands-on configuration experience in Freight Order Management, Freight Unit Building, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Tendering, Transportation Charge Management, and Transportation Cockpit.
Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, and external logistics systems.
Experience preparing Functional Specifications and supporting custom development activities.
Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Transportation Management.
Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, BRF+, SAP Event Management, SAP Yard Logistics, SAP GTS, OData Services, APIs, IDocs, XML, and EDI integrations.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
