Job description
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack applications.
- Build backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern front-end applications using Angular 17 or React.
- Write unit, integration, automation, and performance tests.
- Document code, scripts, processes, APIs, and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop reusable components and libraries for multiple development teams.
- Review code and coach junior engineers on development best practices.
- Identify and reduce technical debt within existing applications.
- Improve application performance, scalability, resiliency, and reliability.
- Build and maintain REST, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
- Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Partner with security teams to include security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Explore emerging technologies and develop prototypes when appropriate.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and implement large-scale applications in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Angular 17, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, containerization, and CI/CD. This position will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, improve system performance and reliability, manage technical debt, and help teams follow secure and scalable development practices. Required:
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production applications.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Advanced experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Angular, preferably Angular 17.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with APIs, databases, automated testing, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Ability to design systems that support small, safe, and frequent releases.
- Strong written, verbal, coding, and technical diagramming skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred:
- Experience with LitElement 2.0.
