Job description
- Serve as the senior cybersecurity authority supporting migration execution activities.
- Lead RMF activities supporting network and SIPR endpoint migration initiatives.
- Support Authority to Operate package updates and approvals.
- Oversee cybersecurity data collection, analysis, reporting, scans, and assessments.
- Manage POA&M development, remediation tracking, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with Authorizing Officials, cybersecurity stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Analyze migration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support classified and controlled information handling requirements.
- Contribute to migration execution reports and cybersecurity documentation.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to information assurance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with DISA, DoD, RMF, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Participate in security reviews, technical exchange meetings, and program management reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Years of Experience: 12 years
- Education Level: bachelorās degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Clearance Requirements: Active Secret
- Certification Requirements: IAM Level III certification.
- Experience supporting classified environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations.
- Deep understanding of NIST, DoD, and DISA cybersecurity requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, CISM, CASP+, or equivalent advanced certification.
- Experience supporting DISA and DODNet initiatives.
- Experience supporting SIPR and NIPR environments.
- Experience developing enterprise cybersecurity strategies.
- Experience supporting large-scale migration and modernization programs.
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $115,000 to $145,000
The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range DinĆ© Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the positionās responsibilities, the candidateās education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements., Eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, voluntary supplemental benefits, and access to an employee assistance program.
