FIT Technical Solutions Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive pre-sales guidance and architectural design for critical data center facilities infrastructure. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, and engineering teams to compare OEM products, design scalable layouts, and define BOMs and configurations. You’ll build and demonstrate lab demos, deliver workshops, and enable field teams with technical expertise. This position supports transformative data center solutions and requires strong hands-on experience and industry certifications. You will help shape GTM messaging and partner-aligned solutions in a global, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide expert guidance on Facilities Infrastructure best practices and standards during pre-sales engagements * Evaluate OEM products, compare solutions, and design high-level data center architectures and BOMs * Develop and deliver technical content (labs, demos, workshops, blogs) to support sales and partner ecosystems * Enable field teams through training and education to size, scope, sell, and deliver opportunities * Lead recurring partner planning with FIT partners and coordinate with global engineering and marketing teams * Host EBCs and workshops for customers, aligning with GTM messaging * Contribute to building technical labs/demos at the Advanced Technology Center * Obtain leading OEM certifications to validate expertise * Collaborate across cross-practice teams to enable innovative cross-solution offerings * Support services and professional services with defined consulting offerings and delivery scope Tasks * Minimum five years of experience architecting data center facilities infrastructure * Experience across power chain, thermal management, data center layout design, cabling/pathways, and sensor technology for safety, detection, and reporting * Proficiency with OEM tools to create configurations, BOMs, and high-level designs * Solid knowledge of servers, storage arrays, and networking infrastructure * Industry certifications related to data center facilities and infrastructure * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work collaboratively with sales, services, and engineering teams * Willingness to travel as needed Key requirements * Health and wellbeing benefits (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) plan with company matching * Life and disability insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Parental and medical leaves * Tuition reimbursement
