Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations for public sector clients, guiding design and delivery while aligning with compliance and stakeholder needs. You’ll drive high-quality documentation, manage cross-functional impacts, and support change management to achieve successful adoption. You will collaborate with HR, security, reporting, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization to deliver scalable Oracle solutions. This role combines strategic design with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and best practices; manage risks and stakeholder communications with compliance considerations * Produce high-quality functional documentation and ensure disciplined delivery to minimize rework * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality and milestones * Partner with public sector stakeholders handling large workforces to define needs and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 1+ years of experience leading full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
