Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you guide large-scale agile delivery and transformation to support mission-critical systems for the warfighter. You partner with senior leaders to translate needs into execution roadmaps, driving SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban across multiple teams. You coach and enable cross-functional execution, manage program-level risks, and ensure steady PI cadence and quality. You’ll lead SAFe training and workshops and mentor leaders and Scrum Masters to embed lean-agile practices at scale.
