Experteer Overview In this role you guide large-scale agile delivery and transformation to support mission-critical systems for the warfighter. You partner with senior leaders to translate needs into execution roadmaps, driving SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban across multiple teams. You coach and enable cross-functional execution, manage program-level risks, and ensure steady PI cadence and quality. You’ll lead SAFe training and workshops and mentor leaders and Scrum Masters to embed lean-agile practices at scale. Compensation / Benefits * facilitate PI Planning and manage ART execution * drive SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban adoption across the organization * mentor Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters * lead cross-team dependency management and risk mitigation (ROAM) * deliver SAFe training and workshops (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe RTE) * partner with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines, DevSecOps, and delivery automation * track PI commitments, pace, and continuous improvement; maintain quality Tasks * 7+ years in Systems Engineering or SDLC with enterprise Agile delivery * experience as RTE or Lead Coach with PI Planning facilitation and ART metrics tracking * experience guiding enterprise Agile transformations * experience designing enterprise transformation frameworks with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban * ability to engage executives, product managers, system architects, and team leads * Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph willingness * Education options: Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master with IT project support experience * DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND) * Agile Certifications such as SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or PMP Key requirements * health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits * paid leave and work-life programs * tuition assistance and professional development * recognition awards program * flexible work options and dependent care * career development opportunities
