SAP Business AI Lead Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-driven solutions for SAP S/4HANA environments, blending SAP expertise with advanced AI capabilities. You will steer architecture, set standards, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver transformative AI-enabled business outcomes. You’ll partner with clients to identify high-impact use cases and drive innovation across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This position offers a path to shape AI strategy in enterprise SAP landscapes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead AI and solution architecture for end-to-end SAP and external data/AI integrations * Design and implement AI-driven solutions within SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments * Define scalable, secure architectures and reusable accelerators for AI at scale * Develop and deploy AI-enabled applications with cross-team collaboration * Identify high-value AI use cases with clients and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions * Integrate SAP AI capabilities with non-SAP platforms and manage data landscapes * Mentor architects and developers; contribute to delivery excellence across client engagements Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science * 7+ years of SAP experience including S/4HANA implementations and extensions * Strong expertise in SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and embedded AI * SAP certifications in S/4HANA, BTP, or AI-related areas * Hands-on AI/ML or generative AI in enterprise environments * Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration * Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google AI, etc. * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, ABAP, or similar languages * Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture * Experience managing and inspiring teams; strong problem-solving and communication skills * Willingness to travel Key requirements * competitive salaries * comprehensive health and dental benefits * Flexible Paid Time Off * 10 paid holidays * 401k plan * remote work opportunities
