Salesforce Technical Architect

8+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Senior Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Salesforce Developer on complex enterprise programs. Strong hands-on Salesforce development foundation with the ability to guide development teams and evaluate implementation quality. Deep technical experience with: oApex oLightning Web Components oSalesforce Flow oSalesforce data modeling oSalesforce security and sharing architecture oPermission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules oSalesforce objects, fields, record types, and automation oREST and SOAP APIs oEnterprise integration patterns oError handling and integration monitoring oSalesforce deployment and release processes Strong implementation experience with Service Cloud. Demonstrated experience designing or implementing Agentforce solutions or Salesforce-based agentic AI capabilities. Experience with Agentforce concepts such as agents, topics, instructions, actions, grounding, security, and integration with business processes. Experience designing or implementing solutions using Data Cloud. Understanding of how enterprise data is ingested, unified, governed, and activated within Salesforce and Agentforce-enabled solutions. Experience designing solutions that appropriately balance declarative configuration, Flow automation, custom development, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities. Experience architecting Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, and external data sources.
