Job description

  • Design, develop, and implement database and reporting solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Gather and document requirements with business and technology partners and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reports to track performance and operational metrics.
  • Create and maintain procedures, data dictionaries, and runbooks for analytics solutions.
  • Analyze complex datasets, validate results, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for data quality and delivery.
  • Support a hybrid work schedule with adherence to project timelines and deadlines.

Requirements

We are seeking a BI/Reporting Analyst-Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence development, SQL, Tableau, and ETL orchestration with Alteryx and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions, automate data pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics products., * 3+ years of Tableau development, including dashboard design and performance optimization.

  • 3+ years of Alteryx development, including ETL workflows and data preparation.
  • 3+ years of SQL coding and reporting across relational databases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to solicit input and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BI solution lifecycle in hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with broader ETL platforms and automation practices.
