Cyber EW/T&E Engineer (Info. Systems & Cyber Security, Analyst)

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the test and evaluation of electronic warfare and cyber-related systems for a NAWCAD customer. You’ll work with clients to design tests, lead event execution, and deliver results that inform system effectiveness. You’ll operate within cross-functional teams to shape test plans and master schedules, contributing to robust cyber and EW assessments. This is a hands-on, mission-focused opportunity at the intersection of cyber security and EW technology. Compensation / Benefits * Develop test plans with clients and lead test event execution * Deliver final briefs and reports on test results * Support various test types (developmental/operational tests, security assessments) * Apply Windows/Linux administration, network config and traffic analysis; light scripting * Participate in national cyber range exercises and identify testing gaps * Develop methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans; assist in Test & Evaluation Master Plans * Attend T&E and EW conferences; report findings and issues * Support system integration, verification/validation, risk, and supportability analyses * Analyze user requirements to automate or improve existing systems * Monitor workflow, schedules, and capacity constraints Tasks * 3 - 10 years of related experience * Current Security+ certification * Deep understanding of RF and Electromagnetic fundamentals (RF systems, antennas, propagation, spectrum operations, radar, jamming, EA/EP/ES) * T&E expertise: develop test plans, perform tests (lab/ground/flight), data collection/analysis, anomaly identification, V&V * Knowledge of MOP/MOE, risk assessment, and flight test safety protocols * MATLAB and Excel proficiency * Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance Key requirements * health insurance * life insurance * disability * retirement plans * paid time off * tuition assistance
