Experteer Overview As Manager, IT Applications you lead the Global Operations applications landscape, ensuring performance, support, and ongoing improvement. You guide cross-functional teams, manage projects and vendors, and drive innovation in IT applications. You’ll shape the design and operation of global logistics systems, aligning with the company’s mission to make surgery smarter and safer. You will influence change management and build scalable processes that unlock business value. This role offers a chance to impact care delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and support of Global Logistics applications * Establish SLAs and operating policies for system availability * Organize the applications team to support new and existing projects * Collaborate daily with analysts, business leadership, SMEs and IT to support operations and drive change * Facilitate change management and transition to future state with stakeholders * Prioritize business capabilities and cultivate mature, scalable processes * Coach and develop reports, providing 1-2 year mentoring * Be accountable for team goals and guide other managers and individuals * Build a high-performance organization through hiring, training, and development Tasks * Minimum 12+ years implementing and supporting SAP and other supply chain solutions * Three or more years of experience as a people leader * Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics processes * Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) desired * Experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industry preferred * Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences * Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills across organizational levels Key requirements *
