Compensation / Benefits * Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and support of Global Logistics applications * Establish SLAs and operating policies for system availability * Organize the applications team to support new and existing projects * Collaborate daily with analysts, business leadership, SMEs and IT to support operations and drive change * Facilitate change management and transition to future state with stakeholders * Prioritize business capabilities and cultivate mature, scalable processes * Coach and develop reports, providing 1-2 year mentoring * Be accountable for team goals and guide other managers and individuals * Build a high-performance organization through hiring, training, and development Tasks * Minimum 12+ years implementing and supporting SAP and other supply chain solutions * Three or more years of experience as a people leader * Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics processes * Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) desired * Experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industry preferred * Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences * Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills across organizational levels Key requirements *
