Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms to organize diverse data sources for mission-driven projects. You’ll collaborate with analysts, developers, and data consumers to enable data-driven insights for critical areas like fraud detection and cancer research. You will shape data architectures and enable operations across secure environments, delivering impactful data solutions at scale. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you help turn data into actionable intelligence, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact. Compensation / Benefits * Deploy and develop pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data * Assess, design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms for clients * Work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment * Support data processing for structured and unstructured data * Develop scripts/programs to convert data into usable formats and help scale, monitor, and operate data platforms Tasks * 3+ years supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems * 3+ years creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data * 3+ years experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java * 3+ years building scalable ETL/ELT workflows for reporting and analytics * Experience with version control tools (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket) * Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams * TS/SCI clearance * HS diploma or GED * Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date Key requirements * health benefits * life insurance * disability benefits * financial benefits * retirement benefits * paid leave
