Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in .NET development and Azure AI technologies to build and integrate AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and C#/.NET Core., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

Develop AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Build and integrate AI capabilities into existing .NET applications.
Develop REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Implement prompt engineering, AI agents, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize performance.
Follow software engineering best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud deployment, and SQL databases.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
