Job description

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications integrating ML/AI models, Generative AI capabilities, and external APIs.
  • Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate on Generative AI initiatives, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and Responsible AI practices.
  • Design, develop, and orchestrate AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and agentic frameworks.
  • Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other agent-tool connectivity patterns for secure access to enterprise data and services.
  • Implement and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange, system integration, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Assist in designing, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  • Perform SQL and Oracle querying and data validations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

We are seeking a Python Gen AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, SQL, and data engineering and a proven ability to design, build, and operationalize AI-driven applications and services., * Proficiency in Python and SQL, including building services and data pipelines.

  • Experience with AI/ML, including NLP, machine learning pipelines, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on work with Generative AI, including LLMs and building RAG solutions.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and documentation.
  • Experience level: 5+ years in Python, SQL, NLP, AI/ML, and GenAI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Agentforce, and familiarity with agentic frameworks and MCP.
  • Background in production ML operations, monitoring, and optimization.
