Autodesk Solutions Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and administer Autodesk Forma and related Autodesk products for Evans General Contractors. You will set up, configure, and maintain Forma projects, enforce standards, and drive user adoption across Preconstruction and Operations teams. You act as the subject matter expert, delivering training, governance, and frontline support to maximise value from Autodesk tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure consistent, real-world workflows. This position offers impact by shaping project execution through standardized, scalable Autodesk solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Own Autodesk Forma project creation and ongoing administration for Evans General Contractors * Configure project information, locations, boundaries, settings, and parameters to align with standards * Maintain templates, setup standards, reusable workflows, and naming conventions * Process setup requests and coordinate with Operations and Preconstruction for correct project establishment * Administer, train, and support Autodesk Forma and Forma Preconstruction and Operations bundles * Serve as primary support resource, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through workflows * Stay current on Autodesk updates and communicate how tools support real project execution * Establish and enforce company standards for project creation, governance, and usage * Manage user access, permissions, and security; promote compliant workflows * Develop and maintain process docs and training materials; facilitate multiple training formats * Support onboarding and adoption efforts; partner with Training to maintain a centralized material library * Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement in processes and training Tasks * 5+ years of experience administering Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud or related Autodesk products * Experience supporting construction, design, engineering, operations, or preconstruction teams * Strong understanding of construction workflows, project lifecycles, and preconstruction processes * Experience creating and delivering technical training, job aids, and process documentation * Ability to translate complex software functionality into practical business processes * Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and follow-through * Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users in a service-oriented manner Key requirements *
