Experteer Overview In this role you will lead embedded software design, development, and documentation for medical devices, ensuring quality and FDA-aligned practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software for product configuration, testing, and inline manufacturing. You will support legacy products, drive software verification and validation, and help shape the technical direction. This position offers exposure to manufacturing fixtures and provisioning systems, contributing to product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will work in a mission-driven environment that emphasizes regulatory compliance and multidisciplinary collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop embedded software and supporting documentation for medical devices per internal SDLC and FDA guidance * Collaborate with R&D, Systems Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Advanced Operations to enable successful product development * Support legacy products through root-cause investigation, defect resolution, and continuous improvement * Plan and execute software verification and validation activities with cross-functional teams * Solve complex problems and evaluate solutions against system requirements * Collaborate with Advanced Operations, Manufacturing, and third-party suppliers to develop and review manufacturing fixture software ensuring quality and documentation standards Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline * 4+ years of professional work experience * Experience in C/C++ software development for embedded systems * Hands-on experience with Python development, including scripting, automation, and application development Key requirements *
