Penetration Tester, Senior (TS/SCI Clearance)

Experteer Overview In this role you will perform comprehensive penetration testing across applications, networks, and hybrid-cloud environments to strengthen the DoW War Data Platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, assess risk, and drive remediation, while evolving testing methodologies and sharing insights with the threat intel ecosystem. The position supports federal mission objectives and requires active TS/SCI clearance. You will contribute to securing enterprise data and advancing defensive cyber capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct network, web application, and social engineering penetration tests using manual and automated methods * Assess risk from testing findings and deliver actionable reports with exploitation paths and impact * Collaborate with network, software, and AI teams to plan and track remediation actions; assist incident response when needed * Help evolve internal testing methodologies, tools, and baseline vulnerability standards * Share insights on attack chains and defensive gaps to support threat intelligence initiatives * Stay current on threats and bypass techniques to continuously enhance testing capabilities Tasks * Active TS/SCI security clearance * Minimum 8 years of hands-on offensive security, ethical hacking, vulnerability research, or penetration testing * Deep familiarity with OWASP Top 10, cloud security, networks, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for tool customization * Must possess at least one of the listed certifications: CompTIA Cloud+; GCED; GCIH; GICSP; GSEC; PenTest+; Security+ Key requirements * Very competitive salary based on qualifications and experience * Comprehensive, Company paid healthcare for you * 401(k) with company match * Travel & performance incentives * 3 weeks paid time off (plus Federal Holidays) * $5K annual training allowance
