Experteer Overview In this role you will support the STARE Product Office’s cybersecurity efforts to secure Army air and missile defense sensors. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain cybersecurity programs, policies, and tools across the system lifecycle. You will help ensure compliance with DOD and Army standards while coordinating security testing and communications with program offices and external partners. This position offers operational impact at Redstone Arsenal, contributing to mission-ready capabilities and secure defense systems. Compensation / Benefits * Administer Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and support CS lifecycle activities * Assess confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data; develop and enhance cybersecurity policies, procedures, and tools * Support dissemination and enforcement of CS policies, training, and standards across the organization * Provide administrative support to STARE CS tasks and internal workflow management * Foster relationships between PMOs, STARE staff, and external organizations to align cybersecurity deployments * Prepare briefing materials and support security testing events, meetings, and conferences * Coordinate with PEO MS STARE Product Office staff on cybersecurity activities * Travel approximately 25% Tasks * Active Secret Clearance * Bachelor’s Degree * 10+ years of related work experience * DISA eMASS experience * DoD IT and Cybersecurity practices knowledge * Experience with RMF lifecycle and A&A package management * Experience with Army cybersecurity processes * Experience with eMASS solutions * Ability to work independently and in teams to handle short-notice tasks * Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, 800-37 * Experience with security vulnerability scanning tools (ACAS, STIG Viewer, Evaluate_STIG, SCAP) Key requirements * Zero Harm culture * People First company * opportunities for growth * inclusive workplace * secure with mission-driven impact
