Principal Technical Program Manager - Prime Video, PV Personalization and Discovery

Experteer Overview As Principal Engineer for Prime Video’s Recommender Systems, you drive the technical direction of end-to-end personalization platforms at scale. You partner with scientists, product teams, and platform engineers to deliver extensible systems that influence content discovery and engagement. You’ll shape data ingestion, feature engineering, training, serving, and multi-stage ranking to optimize long-term customer value. This role offers the chance to lead AI/ML innovations and scale systems used by hundreds of millions of viewers.
