Sr Full Stack Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will help design and evolve internal business platforms that boost operational efficiency. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build scalable tools, automate workflows, and deliver secure, governance-driven solutions. You’ll contribute to AI-enabled development initiatives while ensuring compliant, well-managed software in an enterprise environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop internal web applications and platform capabilities using React, Python/FastAPI, and PostgreSQL * Create reusable frameworks and guided tooling to enable business-focused users to build lightweight apps within governance standards * Deliver integrations, file exchange processes, and essential software supporting day-to-day operations * Introduce self-service features to reduce manual support and increase efficiency * Connect apps to enterprise authentication and enforce RBAC and proper permissions * Establish audit trails, lifecycle oversight, and security guardrails for compliance * Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security to meet standards, risk, and production requirements * Contribute to architectural planning with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and secure implementation * Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled development to improve delivery for all user types Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline * At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience * Strong hands-on experience with React, Python/FastAPI, and PostgreSQL * Experience building internal platforms, workflow automation tools, developer tooling, or low-code solutions * Experience integrating applications with enterprise identity providers and RBAC models * Solid understanding of secure software engineering practices, including auditing, governance, least-privilege access, and compliance * Proven ability to build or support integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications * Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills Key requirements *
