Experteer Overview In this role, you lead a Classified Solutions team responsible for information systems and classified networks, driving technical leadership and cross-organizational coordination. You mentor managers and new leaders, align IT activities with business goals, and deliver clear status updates to stakeholders. You will shape how we address complex security and infrastructure challenges, ensuring effective resource allocation and vendor collaboration. This on-site position supports critical national security programs in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and develop a staff of system admins, desktop technicians, and network engineers * Provide mentorship and professional development for managers and new leaders * Coordinate with executives, PMO, and customers on technical matters * Identify skill gaps and arrange targeted training * Collaborate across disciplines to resolve issues between networks and applications * Align IT support with business goals and manage performance metrics * Implement tools/processes to improve work visibility and prioritization * Produce reports and briefings for stakeholders on status, risks, and outcomes * Interact with vendors to evaluate products and services * Assess requirements and determine equipment and software needs for solutions * Support customer programs and perform functional management duties Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant technical experience OR Master’s with 5 years OR PhD with 2 years * U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for Systems Administrator - IAT level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CND, CCNA Security, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CCISO) * Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (minimum) * Experience with Windows domains, Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions Key requirements * flexible work arrangements * exceptional benefits/healthcare * 9/80 work schedule * 401k matching * paid time off * paid holidays
