Solid SQL proficiency for querying and working with data in relational and cloud-native data stores Working Python proficiency for scripting, data processing, and automation Basic REST API familiarity - able to read documentation and make authenticated requests Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable digging into unfamiliar code, logs, and systems Attention to detail and process discipline suitable for platform administration and configuration management Clear written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Claude and Cursor or similar IDE) Genuine curiosity about data governance and willingness to develop deep platform administration and engineering expertise
