Job description

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise software applications and services.
Develop engineering specifications, technical designs, and solution architectures for new and existing applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
Perform peer code reviews and ensure overall software quality.
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
Translate business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications into working software solutions.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Create development tasks, estimate work effort, and update project tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
Build cloud-based applications utilizing AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar cloud technologies.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
Monitor project progress and communicate technical risks, issues, and dependencies.
Mentor junior software engineers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards., * Frequent collaboration with software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and product management teams.
Occasional after-hours support for production deployments or critical system issues.
Flexible work schedule based on project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing scalable software applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services using JSON and HTTPS.
Experience with modern front-end or back-end technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, or NoSQL databases.
Experience working within Agile Scrum development environments., * Master’’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
Experience developing healthcare technology applications.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience designing distributed or microservices-based architectures.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks., * Ability to participate in Agile development ceremonies.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.
Strong commitment to coding standards, software quality, and security best practices.
Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks as business needs evolve., * Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and object-oriented design.
Expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, and modern web technologies.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTPS, and web service integration.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git, source control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to write efficient, scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable code.
