Analyst - Data Quality & Automation (Material Master)

* Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments across enterprise systems. * Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues while performing root cause analysis. * Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports to monitor data health. * Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and Business teams to improve Material Master data quality. * Maintain and support Material Master data, including Material, BOM, and Inventory master data domains. * Document data standards, SOPs, business rules, and knowledge base articles. * Support enterprise data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. * Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance data quality and operational performance. * Assist with issue resolution, audits, and data governance compliance activities.

Bachelor’’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Master Data, or Supply Chain Analytics. * Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation. * Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL. * Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and Material Master Data. * Experience working with Material, BOM, Inventory, and related master data domains. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications * Experience with SAP S/4HANA. * Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance concepts. * Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools. * Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge. * Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
