SR AI/ML Engineer

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

• Proven experience developing and operating machine learning systems at scale, including personalization, recommendation engines, ranking models, or predictive analytics solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and model orchestration frameworks.

• Strong Python development expertise with experience building APIs, backend services, and scalable distributed applications.

• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Google Cloud Platform/Vertex AI preferred) and modern MLOps practices.

• Experience deploying and monitoring production AI systems, including model serving, observability, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.

• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, model evaluation, A/B testing, and AI performance measurement.

• Experience leading technical initiatives and providing mentorship to engineers, data scientists, or ML practitioners.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact and actionable recommendations. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within retail, eCommerce, consumer products, loyalty, or customer experience organizations.

• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangFuse, LangSmith, or similar AI tooling.

• Experience developing full-stack AI applications using React, and Java

Strong SQL and large-scale data processing experience, including Spark, BigQuery, or equivalent technologies.
