Product Owner, Data & Analytics

Experteer Overview In this role, you will own data and analytics products to enable informed business decisions and operational excellence. You will bridge business needs and technology delivery in an Agile environment, shaping data products and governance to improve insights and data quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive performance. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and product features * Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder needs * Partner with business, data, and technology teams to deliver data and analytics solutions * Drive product delivery from planning and development through deployment and continuous enhancement * Promote data quality, governance, usability, and adoption across the organization * Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and key deliverables to stakeholders * Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes Tasks * 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field * Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence solutions * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership, backlog management, and user story development * Experience translating business requirements into scalable data products and reporting solutions * Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms * Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data quality principles * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes Key requirements * competitive compensation * comprehensive health and life insurance * pension / retirement benefits * paid time off * flexible/hybrid work model
