Experteer Overview As an IT Engineer at Nomad GCS, you design, document, test, and support IT systems for our mission-critical vehicles and platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, compliant, and manufacturable designs. You’ll contribute to design reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement to boost reliability and performance. This role offers growth through increasing technical ownership and leadership as you work across product lines and programs. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and support IT systems for Nomad vehicles and platforms * Create and maintain IT build documentation and BOMs * Ensure designs meet security, safety, and customer requirements * Support manufacturing with issue resolution and design clarity * Participate in design reviews, testing, and root cause analysis * Collaborate cross-functionally with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Production, Quality, and PM teams * Apply continuous improvement to improve quality, reliability, and manufacturability * Uphold Nomad Core Values and perform additional duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or 2-5 years IT experience * 0-2 years IT engineering experience for entry level; progressively more responsibility at higher levels * Foundational knowledge of IT theory and hardware (routers, switches, satellite, audio, video, phone systems) * Ability to produce build documentation and respond to manufacturing questions * Experience with design reviews, testing, and compliance requirements * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Coverage * Life/ADD & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance * 401(k) Savings Plan * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * Paid Time-Off (PTO) * Holidays
