(Technical Targeter- Operations Support) Cyber Technical Analyst Principal

Experteer Overview In this role you support mission-critical cyber operations by applying targeting methodologies and leveraging datasets to extract intelligence value. You will collaborate with IC and customer partners to shape project direction and identify opportunities across stakeholders. You drive end-to-end analyses from data to written findings, handling complex, sometimes ambiguous information. This position offers engagement with cross-functional teams and a focus on solving hard problems in cyber operations and data analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Apply full range of targeting methodologies and tools in support of CNE * Exploit large datasets from technical and CNE sources to identify project value * Create written/brief findings for diverse audiences to inform direction * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify targeting opportunities * Demonstrate deep understanding of computer network exploitation concepts and toolsets * Perform computer forensics, network administration, and cybersecurity tasks * Initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance * Work with technical collection capabilities in the IC * Utilize targeting and analysis tools in the IC * Extract relevant data from varied data formats and construct network diagrams * Manipulate and parse data from various file structures * Use command line shells on Windows and Linux * Proficient scripting language usage Tasks * 8-10 years of experience * Deep understanding of CNE concepts and toolsets * Experience with computer forensics, network administration, and cybersecurity * Ability to work independently with minimal guidance * Experience with IC technical collection and targeting tools * Experience data extraction from raw/ambiguous sources and applying results * Experience creating network diagrams from diverse data sources * Proficient with scripting languages * Experience in a customer-facing technical target role * Mobile technologies familiarity and Chinese language skills (reading/writing) preferred Key requirements *
