Security Engineer, Corporate Services Security

Experteer Overview In this role you drive security across applications and infrastructure, partnering with development teams to embed safety and compliance from the start. You perform design and security reviews, threat modeling, and secure code assessment to minimize risk and enable business initiatives. You’ll help advance security tooling and automation, mentor teams, and influence leadership with data-driven insights. This position offers growth in GenAI security and cross-functional impact, contributing to customer trust and secure product delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Perform design and security reviews to assess risk and prioritize remediation * Create, update and maintain threat models for various software projects * Conduct manual and automated secure code review (Java, Python, JavaScript) * Develop security automation tools to integrate into dev workflows * Provide security architecture and design guidance to development teams * Lead security reviews and guidance across cross-team efforts * Escalate issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership to keep customers first * Explore and improve tooling to streamline security for engineers globally * Contribute to recruiting, mentoring and administrative activities * Provide security training and outreach to internal development teams * Independently solve complex security problems requiring novel approaches * Influence team processes and priorities using data to improve security outcomes * Communicate risks effectively to technical and non-technical audiences * Collaborate with application development teams to build secure GenAI-enabled services Tasks * 3+ years in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, authentication, software development, cryptography, or related security field * 3+ years scripting, programming, or secure code review in Python, Java, or C++ * Experience implementing security solutions at cross-team level * Knowledge of cloud-hosted services usage or integration * Experience identifying security issues and developing mitigation plans Key requirements * flexible work hours * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * RSUs and sign-on payments
