Synchronize business objectives with technical deliverables by managing cross-departmental stakeholder sessions. Execute system validation and testing protocols to ensure the platform meets all documented specifications. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting the design and development of enterprise-scale software. Proficiency in CRM platform architecture and defining core data models for customer relationship systems. Experience with requirements elicitation techniques to uncover complex technical dependencies and business logic. Experience with authoring detailed functional and non-functional requirements and technical user stories. Experience with business process mapping and creating comprehensive system workflow diagrams. Experience in financial services or credit union environments managing digital transformation initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for facilitating alignment between business and technical teams.
