Job description

We have an immediate need for an experienced Mainframe Systems Programmer with strong expertise in z/OS System Programming, SMP/E, and Mainframe Infrastructure Administration to design, engineer, and maintain enterprise z/OS platform services.

Requirements

This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite/2 days remote) based in Chandler, AZ, Plano, TX, or Jersey City, NJ for a candidate with deep experience in z/OS System Programming, SMP/E, PTFs, APARs, USERMODs, z/OS Installation & Maintenance, REXX, Basic Assembly Language (BAL/Assembler), z/OS UNIX System Services (USS), zFS, File System Management, Shell Scripting, JES2 Administration, TSO/ISPF, LPAR Configuration, Hardware Management Console (HMC), IPCS, EREP, RMF, IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS & OS/390, System Automation, Change Management, Performance Tuning, High Availability, Technical Documentation, Runbooks, and Enterprise Mainframe Operations. No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
