Requirements

8+ years of experience in.NET development, including team lead experience.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, MVC, and Web APIs.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications.
Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

AWS Certification is a plus.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform).
