Operations Engineer - Enterprise Command Center

Compensation / Benefits * Monitor and assess alerts to determine impact and escalation paths * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across Linux, Windows, networks, storage, and databases * Execute scheduled tasks and fulfill service requests * Coordinate incident responses and lead or support bridge calls * Document incidents, actions, and resolutions in ITSM tools * Create and maintain runbooks, procedures, and operational docs * Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability * Collaborate with global teams to maintain production environment health Tasks * Understanding of networking concepts; Cisco knowledge helpful but not required * Operational experience with Linux and Windows environments * General understanding of core infrastructure components and topology * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills in a global team * Ability to prioritize in fast-moving, high-pressure environments * High sense of urgency and adaptability to new responsibilities * Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues Key requirements *
