Lead II, Software Development

Experteer Overview In this hands-on leadership role you will guide and deliver modernization for the Municipal Bond Issuance platform while actively contributing to the codebase. You’ll shape architecture and coach engineers across strategic initiatives, regulatory programs, and ongoing enhancements. Bring deep expertise in API-first, microservices, and AWS-based development, and drive AI-enabled engineering practices to improve delivery quality and team capability. This position combines technical leadership with daily engineering work to accelerate modernization and strengthen critical business workflows.
