Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Technical Architect at UST, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You’ll define end-to-end architecture, governance, and standards while guiding delivery teams across multiple domains. Your work will emphasize security, data management, and integration to drive scalable, high-performing outcomes. You’ll collaborate with enterprise leadership to align technology investments with business value and transformation goals. Compensation / Benefits * Provide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations across domains and teams * Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including integration, security, data, and platform standards * Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Flows, and Industry Cloud * Establish governance, architecture reviews, development standards, and deployment strategies * Lead architecture decisions for greenfield deployments and enterprise-wide Salesforce transformations * Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards * Mentor technical teams and uphold architecture maturity * Serve as final escalation point for complex design and implementation challenges * Partner with business leaders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value Tasks * 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and development * Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation * Hands-on experience establishing new Salesforce orgs and enterprise-wide standards * Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform * Agile delivery experience and leading geographically distributed teams * Healthcare Payer domain experience is highly preferred * Mandatory Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Application Architect or System Architect * Preferred CTA and additional certifications in Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant * Experience with Salesforce Platform, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Visualforce, Flows, Aura, DX, Experience Cloud, Industry Cloud * REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Event-Driven Architecture, SSO/OAuth/JWT/SAML, Data Governance, DevOps tooling * Git, CI/CD, Copado/Gearset/Azure DevOps, ANT, automated testing, code reviews Key requirements * paid vacation * paid sick leave * paid holidays * 401(k) with employer match * medical, dental, and vision insurance * life and disability insurance, voluntary disability options, HSA/FSA
